Workshop

F U L L : Sustaining tool(s) for performing artists/arthletes

What does it mean to «be ready»? Whether on stage, in rehearsal, or behind the scenes, the performing arts demand constant adaptation. FULL bridges the gap between artistic and physical readiness through dance-science tools, breathwork, and reflective practice. Together, participants explore how recovery, co-development and motivation sustain creativity and prevent burnout. A shared and playful space to move, reflect, and connect together beyond roles or titles.

Emeric Rabot is a French multidisciplinary dance artist, performer, curator and researcher (MAS in Dance Science, member of IADMS). He creates inclusive spaces linking art and science, and founded Danse Sans Frontières to promote cross-continent artistic exchange and Dance for Health projects.
