Awareness & Accessibility Concept

The association Swiss Dance Days 2026 rejects all forms of discrimination and is committed to social diversity. We do this with an awareness concept and accessibility measures such as vibration vests, sign language interpretation, induction loops, hearing loops, and childcare.

There are designated contact persons for discrimination and harassment who can be contacted by phone or in person at events.

An anti-discrimination clause is an integral part of the contracts between the association Swiss Dance Days and its partners.

Vibration vests & sign language (swiss german)

Thanks to a partnership with the Sinfonietta de Lausanne, six vibration vests are available for this performance. The vests convert music and sounds into perceptible vibrations. Built-in vibrotactile modules respond to different frequencies and intensities, allowing the rhythm, bass and certain sound structures to be felt physically. This creates a tactile musical experience. The vests are primarily intended for deaf and hard-of-hearing people and can be reserved free of charge.
