Shubak Fayruz will be serving their delicious grilled Syrian Sujuk sandwiches—a fully vegan and gluten-free option—perfectly paired with two pieces of flatbread, creamy baba ghanoush, and smooth hummus. Festival participants can enjoy this flavorful plate at a special price: the classic plate for 10 CHF, or, for those who prefer non-vegan, the option with Halloumi cheese for 11 CHF.
