The Welcome Desk is located at the Festival Centre (Stall 6) and is the first port of call for professional visitors during the festival. Please pick up your festival badge here, and approach us if you have any questions.

We have put together package tours for you that include as many pieces as possible of this year’s selection. You can book tickets for the pieces individually – either following these suggestions or according to your individual preferences.

We offer you a package tour to all the pieces of the Swiss Dance Days at the special prices of CHF 130. We have furthermore two different tours on offer; their times are coordinated:
>> Tour 1: all pieces
>> Tour 2: Wednesday - Friday
>> Tour 3: Friday - Sunday

Choose a package tour and book the performances in question, using the registration link you will receive via email. Please book your tickets as soon as possible, as seating is limited. If you decide to make an individual plan, you may book tickets à la carte for CHF 10 per ticket.

Guided tours are offered between two events that take place in close succession, usually walking/rolling or by using public transport (self-pay). Ask for more information at the Welcome Desk.

Networking

In order to foster networking between presenters and artists featured in the final selection, four production managers are participating in the Swiss Dance Days as dissemination agents. In exchange with the 15 companies, they have developed individual strategies. Employing these, the four production managers will bring artists together with presenters in a goal-oriented, personal manner, organizing various networking events.

Salons d'artistes

In addition to the jury’s selected programme, further choreographers will offer insights into their work so far and future projects at the Salons d’artistes. The four presentations may take the form of a discussion or a performance, and will all take place on the morning of March 2. The programme is intended for national and international presenters and aims to inspire future cooperation. Since the successful launch of the format in Geneva in 2017, the Salons d’artistes have become a fixed part of the Swiss Dance Days in Lausanne and Basel.

The Salons d’artistes will take place on the morning of March 2, 2024.
Open to presenters only.
Registration required.

Meeting point is the Festival Centre (Stall 6), where the participants will be divided into groups and guided to the presentations in the Gessnerallee and ZHdK studios. There will be a break with coffee and croissants. The event is followed by lunch at 13:00 (with registration, self-pay).

We kindly request interested presenters to email us at info@swissdancedays.ch to receive a link to the registration form and take advantage of our offers.
The registration process starts on Tuesday, 19.12.2023.

Registration Process:

1.     Register using the form you will receive by email upon request.
2.     Book the accommodation of your choice at our partner hotel at discounted rates, thanks to the support of Pro Helvetia – Swiss Cultural Foundation.
3.     In your confirmation email, you will receive a link leading you to the ticketing system, where you can book your tickets at the Professionals rate of 10 CHF.

Accommodation for Presenters

The deadline for hotel bookings at a reduced price expired on 8 February. From now on you can book your room directly with our partner hotels with the reference "Swiss Dance Days".

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellations received after 8.2.24 or in case of no-shows, 100% of the hotel price of 180 CHF per night will be invoiced to you. If your cancellation is received before this deadline, the cancellation fees stated in the hotel’s terms and conditions apply. To cancel your booking, please contact:
